Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® Anterior Applications for Self and Clients Training - This 4- day class introduces you to the principles of The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®, and how to perform the anterior aspect of this technique on yourself and your clients. As well as learning how to perform the anterior aspect of Arvigo® Therapy, it also covers anatomy and physiology of the abdominal organs, as well as herbal, nutritional and emotional support. You will be supported in developing your clinical practice within the Arvigo® community and introduced to the next stage of training in Arvigo® Therapy treating the posterior.

Nurturer, Nurture Thyself
Are you a nurturer? Do you always care for others first? Do you take time to nurture yourself? And if so, how do you nurture yourself?

But after they have nurtured so many, who nurtures them? Some people are blessed with loving partners who nurture them in many ways, while others may not be as fortunate.
