Holistic Fertility Retreat

A 2-day Holistic Fertility Retreat  
So that couples and women who are trying to conceive can feel more calm, confident and connected, holistically, in their fertility journey.

This Holistic Fertility retreat is intended for all people who want to conceive a baby, helping bring more awareness to the physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental states of being. This retreat is designed to create a nourishing and supportive environment to help to calm the nervous system, increase coping skills, deepen body awareness, improve circulation and energy flow to the abdominal and pelvic organs, improve diet and deepen the connection with partner and/or with self. This Holistic Fertility retreat is also designed to educate women and couples/partners about alternative fertility enhancing therapies or fertility treatments besides Western medicine.  Participants will learn a variety of self-care tools such as massage, yoga-inspired movement, dance movement, home therapies (castor oil packs, etc.), proper nutrition, meditation, breathing techniques, guided visualizations, journaling and more.

The base retreat price includes the full retreat program led personally by Genevieve Siegel of Gen-Touch Massage & Holistic Therapy, as well as other fertility experts over the course of the 2.5 days. The program includes holistic education on health, well-being and fertility enhancement, movement therapy, self-care techniques, reconnection with partner and/or self, rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
