A Heart-Centered Puja

So that you can have more conscious connection, expansion and compassion.

A Puja is a sacred and ancient ritual that has been practiced for thousands of years.

The word Puja, in Sanskrit, means reverence, honor, worship and adoration.  A puja can be a beautiful, safe and sacred ceremony of honoring the Divine that dwells within each of us, and brings us into a profound space of connection, expansion and compassion.

This Heart-Centered Puja is dedicated to all genders, and is for people who are open-minded, open-hearted, and are excited to Meet, Play, and Love.

For those who are familiar with Pujas, this is a WHITE Puja.

For those who are less familiar with Pujas, this experiential event is like a slumber party without the slumber or the party, and a jolly good time. You can also think of it like speed dating without the speed or the dating, and with heart-centered connections, compassion and expansion.  Pujas are like a gathering or social event on a merry-go-round with divinely inspired guidance and intent.  During Pujas, one group will be the center ring and they will be the ones moving around the merry-go-round and the other group, in the outer ring, will be stationary. The groups will be facing one another, for the most part.  During each encounter, participants will be guided by their facilitator through a divinely in spired and heart-centered experience.

During this Heart-Centered Puja, you will be guided through various types of divinely inspired and interactive encounters.  Through these encounters, participants will learn or be reminded how to create healthier connections with oneself, with others and with the divine. Participants will get to learn or be reminded of their boundaries, how to set them, play with them and allow for expansion. During this Puja, participants also get to open their hearts to compassion and unconditional love for others and oneself. Each interactive encounter may include breathing, visualization, movement, permission granted, safe, loving and platonic touch (ie hugging), light-hearted playfulness, speaking, non-verbal communication, laughter, and toning.

Please note the following:

Doors will open at 6:00pm and the event will start at 6:30pm.

What to Bring: Your beautiful divine self, willingness and openness to expansion, compassion and healthy connections to self, others and the divine. Please bring a cozy nest, and a healthy snack to share. Please note that Cozy Nest refers to things that YOU would need to feel COMFY (i.e. yoga mat, small cozy blanket, water, additional snacks.)

What to Wear: Comfy clothes that you can move in.

What will be provided: A safe, sacred space for expansion, compassion and healthy connections to self, others and the divine, access to drinking water and facilities.

About the Facilitator:

Genevieve Siegel is a Holistic Living Enthusiast. As a modern day Shamaness and very real human, she helps fellow humans who are committed to their health and well-being to feel calm, connected and confident in their life's journey.  And what she feels most passionate about is making a difference in the world in a very positive way!

Genevieve is also a Certified Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, Holistic Fertility Practitioner, Certified Practitioner in the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®, Certified NLP Practitioner, Certified Arvigo® Self Care Teacher and a Certified Community Educator.

She has facilitated many workshops such as Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® 2.5 day Self Care Intensive, Couples Massage Loveshop, Find Your Inner Magick, Hands on Health the Maya Way, and has been one of the lead facilitators at Dance Church in Encinitas. Genevieve enjoys holding sacred, safe space for individuals and groups so they can learn, breathe, connect, express, play, flow, heal, let go, and transform.
