New Telemedicine Sessions
We are living in unprecedented, uncertain times and most of us are on lockdown, so it’s incredibly important for us to stay healthy in our minds, bodies, spirits and emotions.
With that being said, I am now offering New Holistic Health Telemedicine Sessions. And although, I can’t physically touch you, I still can provide you with a safe space to have a therapeutic conversation, provide distance energy healing or guided meditations or NLP with Hypnotherapy and empower you with health education and self-care/play tips, techniques and tools.
Holistic Health Therapy
Holistic Health Therapy helps to facilitate the health and well-being of my clients using a holistic or "whole being" approach. This holistic approach includes therapies and modalities which facilitate the balancing, healing and integrating of our mind, body, spirit and emotions. Thus, when clients come to me for physical issues, pain or pathology, I work to address not only the physical, but the mental, spiritual and emotional aspect of each individual. As a result, my clients become more relaxed and balanced, their overall health and well-being is improved, and their pain and pathology subsides.
Holistic Female Reproductive Healing Treatments
Holistic Female Reproductive Treatments help to facilitate the health, well-being and reproductive care of my clients using a "whole being" or holistic approach. This holistic approach includes therapies and modalities which facilitate the balancing, healing and integrating of our mind, body, spirit and emotions. From the onset of menses and throughout a woman's lifespan.
Holistic Fertility Massage™ Treatments
A Gen-Touch Holistic Fertility™ Treatment helps to facilitate the health, well-being, and natural fertility enhancement of my clients using a holistic or "whole being" approach.
This holistic approach includes therapies such as a Mayan abdominal massage for fertility or fertility massage and other modalities which facilitate the balancing, healing and integrating of our mind, body, spirit and emotions.

Holistic Fertility for ART
When you have fertility issues and you choose to use Western Medicine Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) such as Intra-Uterine Insemination (IUI), In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) or Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET), it can take a toll on your mind, body, spirit and emotions. Thus it's important to get as much support as possible.

Maya Abdominal Massage Therapy
Maya Abdominal Massage Therapy or The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® (ATMAT) are founded on the ancient technique of Mayan abdominal massage, which is an external non-invasive massage that repositions internal organs that may have shifted and restricted the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and chi energy. As with any other natural healing, Arvigo Techniques seek to restore the body to its natural balance.

NLP with Hypnotherapy
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) looks at the way in which we think, store and process our thoughts (Neuro), the language patterns we use (Linguistic) and our behaviors (Programming) and how these interact to have a positive (or negative) effect on us as individuals.
NLP is also the study of human excellence, and how that excellence is achieved by the use of language and internal representations. It also includes a whole range of detailed information about language and its influence on behavior and performance in a variety of settings.
Uterine Spa (Vaginal Steam)
Known in Central America as Bajos (ba-hoes) or in Korea as Chai-yok, these vaginal steam baths have been used around the world for centuries to foster good uterine health.

Integrative Massage or Energy Balancing
A custom designed session for each client that integrates various different types of massage and energy balancing techniques which may include some of the modalities below.
Such modalities as Swedish or Relaxation Massage, Theapeutic Massage, or Reflexology may be used.
These session may also include a combination of energy balancing techniques such as Craniosacral, Reiki, and Energy Channels and Acupoints.
Ginger Compress Treatment
The Ginger Compress Treatment is a naturopathic herbal remedy that has been used for centuries to dissolve stagnation and tension, melt blockages, and to naturally stimulate blood circulation and energy flow. It is used to restore the functioning of the adrenal glands, and also helps to generate a deep and restful sleep and to break bouts of insomnia.
