New Holistic Telemedicine Sessions

We are living in unprecedented and uncertain times, so it’s incredibly important for us to stay healthy in our minds, bodies, spirits and emotions.

With that being said, I am now offering New Holistic Health Telemedicine Sessions.   And although, I can’t physically touch you, I still can provide you with a safe space to have a therapeutic conversation, provide distance energy healing or guided meditations or NLP with Hypnotherapy and empower you with health education and self-care/play tips, techniques and tools.
