• Consultation focused on lifestyle changes and Holistic Fertility Education based on the above.

• Assessment of Holistic Fertility needs.

• Therapeutic conversation.

• Holistic Fertility Massage Treatment - Integrative and comprehensive therapy, which incorporates various healing techniques such as Breathing and Visualization techniques, therapeutic massage, the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® (ATMAT) or Mayan Fertility Massage, Reiki, Cranio-Sacral, Reflexology, Energy and Acu-points, Castor oil Pack, Vaginal steam, and/or Ginger Compress.

• Suggestions for Holistic Fertility self-care techniques and/or Lifestyle changes.
