REVAMP
As I mentioned above, and many of you have experienced, for the past 15 years I have been in Holistic Health and facilitating the holistic healing needs of my clients so that they can lead happier, healthier and whole-being lives. And I have enjoyed it immensely!
In my “prior life”, I played it big at a fairly young age. By the time I was 30 years old, I had become the first woman CFO of a 50 million dollar steel company. And even though I appeared to be a success on the outside, I was very unhealthy on the inside. In fact, I almost died.
Afterward, I had many years of various illnesses and debilitating panic attacks that finally lead me to my new calling in life as a Holistic Health Practitioner.
Needless to say, after that and for other spiritual reasons, I have played it rather “small!” And what I mean by playing it small is that I have been working primarily 1-on-1 with all my lovely clients. I truly love this deep intimate connection with my clients. And although education is part of my 1-on-1 sessions, I truly love the group dynamic and energy when I teach holistic health classes, loveshops, conscious connectshops, and workshops.
And since 2009 I have been teaching such offerings as:

Couples Massage Funshop – A 2 hour Funshop where couples learn massage fundamentals, hands-on de-stressing/relaxing massage techniques, the Art of Compassionate Communication, and they leave feeling relaxed and reconnected as a loving couple. Holistic Fertility Retreat – In 2013, I created this fabulous retreat that included other local Fertility Specialists such as Heidi Brockmyre, Fertility LAc, Donna McIntosh (Fertility Goddess), and Dr. Morales, MD and Fertility Specialist – A 2-day Holistic Fertility Retreat – so that couples and women who are trying to conceive can feel more calm, confident and connected, holistically, in their fertility journey. Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® Self Care Training – Level 1 - In 2016, I became a Certified Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® Self Care Teacher - Since then, I have taught several of these empowering 2.5 day Arvigo Therapy® Self Care classes that bridge the gap of Traditional Healing, and modern-day digestive and reproductive health and wellness.

Please note that the Arvigo Institute is changing their course offerings, so this will be the LAST year that I teach this specific class. I will let you know more as soon as I find out more.

Even though I have been teaching more, I still felt the need to transition into something different and have more of an impact in the world on a much larger scale. I knew it was time to stop playing small, but I just didn’t know exactly how to go about it. Last year was a pretty intense year, and I had to attend to a lot of schtuff. So, I attended to these challenging situations and I felt like my career suffered a bit during this time. Through it I learned to just surrender and let go. As soon as I let go, things started to shift. By the end of the year, my life had transformed in so many beautiful ways!
As part of my transformation, I enrolled in the Wellness Leadership Academy Master’s Program and I have been seeing my life, my career, my mission in life from a different, more mindful and intentional perspective. And since then, things in my personal, material, and spiritual world are either just falling back into place or being completely reignited. I have been reminded of my magick, and I have a fabulous tribe of like-minded people to support me in this journey. And as I said above, I’m ready to stop playing it small and really step into my power and share all my magickal gifts with the world! And what I am really passionate about is BE-ing the change I want to see in the world and helping to RAISE the global vibration.
With all this being said, I am revamping my business. In the next year, I am still going to lovingly work my holistic magick with my wonderful clients, 1-on-1, as I go through my Master’s Program and transition into more teaching and online programs.
RAISE
And in order for this to be sustainable for me, I will be raising my prices on February 15th, when I transition to my new space. For current clients, I will consider keeping them at the same price for a certain period of time. Also, it is my goal to keep to the allotted time that appointments are set for and to stay on schedule. This also means I get to be more mindful of time and be on time! And I will be enforcing my 24 hour non-medical emergency cancellation policy more lovingly and stringently.
Also in this next year, I plan on teaching more holistic health and fertility-based classes (loveshops, connectshops/workshops/retreats), and plan to transition into online holistic health and holistic fertility programs. I also envision collaborating with other fabulous holistic health practitioners to co-create magickal and transformational events.
RETIRE
And within the next 2 years, I envision retiring from the 1-on-1 massage portion of my Holistic Health Practice altogether, or doing it on a very limited basis. Please note that I don’t plan on exiting without passing all this knowledge on. So, in the near future, I envision actually teaching massage techniques, perhaps the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® or my own Holistic Fertility Massage™ techniques, or teaching my Sacred Medicine Method of Holistic Healing™. I also envision being more of a Holistic Empowerment Diva or Psycho-Spiritual Guide for Femalepreneurs who want to be calm, confident, and connected, holistically, to who they really are and their soul-driven path. And what I am really passionate about is continuing to BE the change I want to see in the world, helping others to do the same, and raising the global vibration!
Bottom-line, as I transition into new realms of my being, I look forward to staying connected with all of you in one capacity or another!
