The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® Professional Care Training
What are The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®?
The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® (ATMAT) are founded on the ancient technique of Mayan abdominal massage, which is an external and non-invasive massage.
Mayan abdominal massage helps to reposition internal organs that may have shifted and restricted the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and chi energy in the body. As with any other natural healing, The Arvigo Techniques of Maya
Abdominal Therapy® seeks to restore the body to its natural balance.
