This 60 minute Holistic Health Follow Up Skype session includes the following: • Review current holistic health care needs, update on healing journey and therapeutic conversation • Holistic Health Education • Suggestions and instructions for various holistic self care techniques, lifestyle changes, and coping mechanisms for Optimum Health & Well-Being based on holistic health history, current needs and assessment.

Please also note that I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any non-medical emergency cancellations within that period will result in a full session cancellation fee.
