The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage Therapy® (ATMAT) pre-natal protocol encourages perfect uterine position, strengthens the uterus, facilitates nerve and lymph system function and promotes blood supply to provide oxygen and nutrients to the uterus and baby. The round and broad ligaments also benefit from ATMAT to promote their role in uterine positioning.
