This 90 minute Holistic Perimenopause Initial Visit and Treatment includes the following: • Comprehensive review of personal Holistic Health (mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional) history, current care needs and therapeutic conversation • Consult focused on Holistic Health education and lifestyle changes • Assessment of Holistic Health needs • Holistic Health Treatment - Integrative and comprehensive therapy, which may incorporate various healing techniques such as Breathing and Visualization techniques, therapeutic massage, the ATMAT (Arvigo® Techniques), Reiki, Cranio-Sacral, Reflexology, Energy and Acu-points, Castor Oil Pack, and/or Ginger Compress as needed. • Suggestions for Holistic Self-Care techniques for Optimum Health & Well-Being, based on holistic health history, current needs and assessment. Cancellation Policy

Please also note that I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any non-medical emergency cancellations within that period will result in a full session cancellation fee.
