This 30 minute Holistic Fertility Coaching Zoom session includes the following: • Review current holistic fertility health care needs, update on holistic fertility journey and therapeutic conversation • Holistic Fertility Education • Instructions for various holistic fertility self care techniques, coping mechanisms and homeplay • Suggestions for Optimum Health & Well-Being based on holistic fertility health history, current needs and holistic assessment.

Please also note that I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any non-medical emergency cancellations within that period will result in a full session cancellation fee.
