Holistic Fertility C & A for IVF

Service Description

During 1 hour Holistic Fertility C & A for IVF session, I will: • Provide you with a comprehensive Holistic (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual) Health History and Current Needs Review • Indentify Initial Steps towards your goal of conceiving, having a successful pregnancy and healthy baby. • Provide you with an overview and treatment plan and options available to you of our time together • Empower you with Holistic Fertility self care techniques, coping mechanisms, and homeplay. • Provide you with suggestions for Optimum and Holistic Health and Well-Being and fertility enhancement based on health history, current needs and holistic assessment. Please note: An intake form must be completed for this session. See the Documents page under the “More” tab to download the appropriate intake form. Your completed form must be received by Practitioner prior to this session.

Cancellation Policy

Please also note that I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any non-medical emergency cancellations within that period will result in a full session cancellation fee.
