Follow-up of the Maya Abdominal Massage Treatment or The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® (ATMAT) includes the following: •Review current holistic health care needs and update on any lifestyle changes • Castor Oil Pack. •Comprehensive massage, incorporating The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® techniques focused on aligning pelvic & abdominal organs and increasing flow & energy by loosening any congestion in the abdominal area both anterior and posterior. •Consult focused on holistic lifestyle changes. •Additional techniques to complement the Arvigo® Techniques (ATMAT) according to the individual’s needs (i.e.: Reiki, Cranio-Sacral, Reflexology, Breathing and Visualization techniques, etc.). •Further suggestions for additional Holistic Self-Care techniques and Lifestyle changes based on holistic health history, current needs and updated assessment.

Cancellation Policy

Please also note that I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any non-medical emergency cancellations within that period will result in a full session cancellation fee.
