Consultation & Assessment (C & A)

Service Description

This 30 minute Holistic Health Consultation and Assessment session includes the following: • Brief Holistic (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual) Health History and Current Needs Review • Physical assessment of internal organs position • Physical assessment structural alignment of mid-thoracic to sacral (mid to lower back) and pelvic region • Introduction to The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® • Holistic Health Education • Suggestions for Optimum Health & Well-Being based on health history, current needs and holistic assessment. Please note: An intake form must be completed for this session. See the Documents page under “More” tab to download the appropriate intake form.

Cancellation Policy

Please also note that I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any non-medical emergency cancellations within that period will result in a full session cancellation fee.
